I’m a parent to five beautiful children, and they are the heartbeat behind everything I do. I’ve always loved photographing my crew—their real expressions, their joy, their playful chaos, and the way they show up as their true selves with each other. They’re the ones who inspired me to pursue photography with purpose and passion.
My love for the camera started back in my teenage years, but becoming a parent stirred that spark into something much bigger. When I began exploring photography more seriously, my local church opened its doors and allowed me to learn, practice, and grow at events and gatherings. It has been such an incredible honor to capture the move of God in our community, and even now, getting “the shot” still makes me light up from the inside out. I still, joyfully, volunteer my time and craft to our church regularly.
Over the years, I’ve pushed myself to grow—to work with excellence, to stay curious, and to create images that honor the people and places I’m invited into. With every session, I’m learning something new, and that sense of discovery is what keeps this work so fulfilling for me.
I truly believe that every life, every family, and every season is worth documenting. Yes, the big moments—graduations, engagements, weddings—are beautiful and absolutely worth celebrating. But so are the quiet moments: making cookies together in your kitchen, walking hand-in-hand at sunset, laughing on the living room floor. Life is woven together from both the grand and the ordinary, and all of it matters. All of it is beautiful.
